Job Description

We are looking for a Back-End Java Developer to join our team and work on high-impact projects in a hybrid work model with flexibility.

Location
Calz. Gral. Mariano Escobedo 595, Rincón del Bosque, Bosque de Chapultepec I Secc, Miguel Hidalgo, 11580 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico

Work Model

  • First 90 days: Office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • After 90 days: Option to reduce to 2 office days per week (based on performance)
  • Home office: Monday and Friday

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Java 8+ and Spring Boot (microservices)
  • 2+ years of experience in software architecture (scalability, reliability, design patterns)
  • 5+ years working with SQL databases
  • Experience with Git, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, IntelliJ or similar tools
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience leading technical teams, with concrete examples of leadership in projects
  • Fluent English (B2+), mandatory, used daily
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (mandatory)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with PL/SQL
  • Worked with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Knowledge of Angular
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
