Job description

1、产品流程跟进：协助推进产品设计、开发、测试及运营活动，协同团队推动产品增长目标达成
2、竞品及行业分析：持续关注AI及大模型行业发展趋势，能够调研分析行业动态趋势和竞品，发现问题点和创新点
3、产品新玩法调研：调研并与团队合作讨论产品内可能涉及的一些游戏化激励等玩法
4、标注标准与数据审核：参与制定和讨论AI产品数据标注的准则，确保数据质量满足AI模型训练的需求。定期进行数据审核，与团队合作讨论数据生产和处理流程，以提高数据的准确性和效率。

1、对生成式AI有自己的理解与浓厚兴趣，最好是理工科背景
2、喜欢创新，会愿意定期追踪新技术、看paper与行业动向是加分项喔~
3、之前有AI产品或C端产品实习经历，了解用户体验和产品开发流程
4、有良好的团队合作精神与有效的沟通能力
