Job Description:- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of drinks.
- Suggest and upsell beverages to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Provide personalized service and engage guests with product knowledge.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
- Follow cash handling procedures and ensure accurate billing.
- Adhere to local laws and hotel policies regarding alcohol service.
- Maintain HACCP and hygiene standards at all times.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bartender in a hotel or upscale bar.
- Knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Certification in bartending or food safety preferred.
- Passion for hospitality and beverage service.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
