Position Summary
We are seeking hospitality-driven Bartenders who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences while executing at a high level in fast-paced environments. This role goes beyond pouring drinks — it is about creating moments, reading the room, engaging guests, and representing the energy of the venue.
Bartenders will support operations across multiple environments including high-volume plaza bars, beer gardens, stagehouse service areas, and premium/VIP cocktail bars. Team members will be placed based on experience, with opportunities to grow into elevated service roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver guest-first hospitality — acknowledge, engage, and serve every guest with energy, professionalism, and awareness
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly, accurately, and consistently
- Create a positive and engaging bar environment that enhances the overall concert experience
- Uphold strict responsible alcohol service standards, including ID verification and monitoring guest consumption
- Maintain awareness of product levels and assist with inventory control at assigned bar stations
- Follow standardized recipes and portioning to ensure consistency and cost control
- Operate POS system (Square) efficiently in a fully cashless environment
- Communicate clearly with barbacks, supervisors, and team members to maintain service flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar setup throughout service
- Assist with restocking, organization, and proper storage of all products
- Follow FIFO procedures and minimize waste or product loss
- Adapt to different service styles including high-volume speed bars and elevated premium cocktail environments
- Execute opening and closing procedures including setup, breakdown, cleaning, and securing inventory
- Take ownership of assigned station and maintain high standards without constant supervision
Requirements
- Bartending experience requirements vary based on placement within the venue:
- Entry / High-Volume Bars: 1+ year of bartending or relevant service experience acceptable
- Premium / Cocktail Bars: 2–4+ years bartending experience preferred, with strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and elevated service standards
- Natural hospitality mindset with strong guest awareness and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and willingness to enforce standards consistently
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in fast-paced environments
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- TIPS or equivalent alcohol certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Schedule
- Event-based schedule tied to concert calendar
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Hours vary week-to-week based on event schedule
Availability Requirement
Candidates should review the concert calendar and be available to work the majority of events. We strongly prefer candidates who can commit to approximately 80% of scheduled dates.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions including heat, rain, and varying weather
- Must follow all venue safety protocols and operational standards
- Comfortable working in a fully cashless environment
