As a Bartender at The Tavern Grill, you'll be the heart of our beverage service, crafting an array of drinks from classic cocktails to innovative creations. You will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards, and providing friendly and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Craft a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails and original creations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Adhere to health and safety standards in beverage preparation.
- Provide friendly, efficient service to guests.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wines.
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies.
- Process guest payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Collaborate with other staff members for seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on current trends in beverages and mixology.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Dedication to delivering exceptional guest service
- Ability to thrive in a teamwork-focused environment
- Flexible schedule availability (minimum of 3 shifts per week, including weekends)
- Previous bartending experience is required
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
