Basic software engineer

YOUR TASKS
responsible for the management of software development, analysis and
solvement of software problems, ensure
the on-time and high-quality software release.

the software effort estimation, define software development time
schedule/milestones according to project time line, and finish the
documentation such as risk analysis, project manual and project order.
完成客户项目软件的成本评估，根据项目节点制定软件的开发计划和里程碑，并完成各种文档，如风险识别、项目手册、项目规则等。
as interface between software team/project team/manager/customer, coordinate
the multi-party communciation.
作为软件开发团队与客户、项目团队、经理之间的接口，完成多方的沟通和协调工作。
rational tasks to software developer/tester, coordinate the cooperation
between team members, make sure all software requirement is correctly and
fully implemented based on the process of company.
合理分配任务给软件开发及测试人员，协调各成员之间的合作，确保成员根据公司流程正确完整的实现软件需求。
all software engineering activities in software development phase, including
software requirements, software design, Code Reviews, unit test, module test,
integration and integration test, software test, software release, etc.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
degree in electronics, software engineering, computer science or equivalent
disciplines
软件工程、计算机或其他相关专业，本科或以上学历
least 5 years’ experience in automotive electronics.
At
least 3 years’ experience in automotive electronics software project
management.
Have
experienced at least one project as software project manager in full software
life cycle.
至少5年汽车电子从业经验，至少3年汽车电子软件项目管理经验，作为项目经理至少经历过一个完整的软件项目周期。
with software life cycle and management, good understanding of automotive
software development process.
熟悉软件开发生命周期及管理，熟悉汽车电子软件开发流程。
in project management of scope, timing, resource, cost, quality, etc.
对项目范围、时间、人员、成本、质量等管理有丰富经验，
documentation skills and software process sense, familiar with at least one
software configuration tool and software requirement management tool.
良好的文档能力和软件流程意识，掌握至少一种软件配置管理工具和需求管理工具。
technical knowledge of programming and software development, experience of
software development or integration or testing is preferred.
有基本的编程和软件开发知识，有软件开发、集成或者测试经验为佳。
AutoSAR experience, Function Safety design experience, PMP certificate, usage
of DOORS and MKS.
优先考虑：有AutoSAR经验，有功能安全项目经验，有PMP证书，会使用DOORS和MKS。
English skill, both in spoken and written
