Job description

Eigene Baustellen ab Tag 1, regionale Projekte mit abendlicher Heimkehr: Die NUR Bau GmbH, ein regional verwurzeltes Familienunternehmen in Gera (rund 40 Mitarbeitende), sucht eine erfahrene Bauleitung (m/w/d) als Generalist über alle vier Gewerke – Tiefbau, Rohbau, Putz und Trockenbau. Wir setzen auf das eigene Team statt lange Subunternehmer-Ketten – stolz auf das, was am Ende steht.

Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Leitung deiner Baustellen über alle vier Gewerke

Steuerung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität bis zur Abnahme

Führung des eigenen Bautrupps und Koordination der Nachunternehmer

VOB-konforme Abwicklung: Ausschreibung, Nachträge, Abrechnung

Ansprechpartner für öffentliche und private Auftraggeber

Qualifikation

Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter, VOB-sicher (Ausschreibung, Nachträge, Abrechnung)

Erfahrung mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern

Gewerkeübergreifend einsetzbar, Führerschein Klasse B

Qualifikation offen: Bauingenieur, Bautechniker oder Meister mit Bauleitungserfahrung

Wünschenswert: Führungserfahrung, mehrere parallele Baustellen, Bau-Software (BRZ, Craftnote), Bindung an Ostthüringen
