Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin Assistant to support our Corporate Purchasing/Corporate Store team with daily administrative and operational tasks. You will assist in processing purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and handling documentation. If you are organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!


Qualifications:
* Graduate of IT or any related course
* With or without work experience
* Knowledge in EBS/SAP is an advantage
* Proficient in basic computer applications and data encoding
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
