**Job Title: Behavior Technician**

**Salary: $22 to $24 per hour**

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing behavior intervention plans to support children with behavioral challenges. This role is crucial in helping children reach their full potential and make meaningful progress in their development.

**Responsibilities:**

- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Collect and record data on individual progress and behaviors

- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest quality of care for clients

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred

- Previous experience working with children with special needs is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
