At Jigsaw, our team of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst's (BCBA) leads a group of caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) who employ effective methods to support children with autism and related developmental disorders. Together, we aim to enhance their lives by fostering essential life skills and enabling them to lead happy, independent, and fulfilling lives.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field preferred
- Minimum one-year professional experience in special education, special needs, or related fields
- Passionate about working with children in pre-school, elementary, or middle school settings
- Extensive knowledge in supporting children with autism and other disabilities
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT), or similar credentials preferred
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. routinely
- Reliable transportation
