Job description

职责描述：
1. 主导/执行行业研究，跟进技术发展和行业趋势
2. 主导/执行赛道mapping，项目研究，筛选和发现交易机会，制作融资建议书
3. 主导/执行交易的相关环节，包括制作商业计划书、整理数据包、制作财务模型，组织安排项目路演、投资人的对接沟通，项目尽调、交易谈判等
4. 维护核心投资人关系，链接资金、资产端的信息和资源

任职要求：
1. 海内外名校本科及以上学历
2. 一年以上FA/VC/PE相关工作经验，在人工智能、全球化领域有一定认知和积累
3. 对一级市场充满热忱，相信投资改变世界的力量，认可投行在交易中的分量
4. 拥有敏锐的商业洞察，勤于思考，善于学习，团队协作，不断追求卓越
