  • Troubleshoot common issues including firmware installation, connectivity, device configuration, and factory resets

  • Collect diagnostic logs and document issues with clear, reproducible steps for escalation to engineering

  • Ensure issue reports in the beta platform contain all required information before routing to Product or Engineering teams

Shipping & Deployment Coordination

  • Coordinate global shipment of beta devices to customers in alignment with program timelines

  • Track deliveries and resolve shipping exceptions

  • Partner with internal logistics resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery

Inventory & Asset Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all beta devices, assignments, and current status

  • Track allocation across active programs and ensure hardware availability

  • Reconcile inventory at program milestones and flag discrepancies

Device Recovery & Program Closeout

  • Coordinate return and recovery of beta hardware following program completion

  • Ensure devices are reset, inspected, and returned to available inventory

  • Support program closeout activities including final inventory reconciliation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred

  • Previous experience with hardware/software troubleshooting, technical support, or customer-facing roles is a plus

  • Ability to adjust to constantly shifting schedules and time demands

  • High level of written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track and support multiple programs concurrently

  • Proficient with modern technology; able to learn new systems and tools quickly

Required Competencies

  • Curious and self-directed learner with a genuine interest in technology and product development

  • Creative problem-solver who adapts to the unpredictable nature of new product development

  • Customer-oriented with a consistently friendly and helpful demeanor

  • Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline

  • Collaborative team member who also works effectively with minimal supervision

  • Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred
