Responsibilities Use BIM software to create 3-D plans for projects.Structural Modeler experience is a must. Collaborate with architects and engineers on projects. Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform. Use the proper elements and scale for projects. Perform architect’s layout and input of marked‐up drawings into BIM software in accordance with Standards. Prepare copies and help make sets of documents for transmittal to other parties. Work under the direction of design professionals and team leaders. High attention to detail and accuracy, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Qualifications, Abilities & SkillsTime-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Ability to understand technical drawings and plans Advanced math and computer skills Creativity and artistic ability forward to improve his skills for can modeling by BIM programs Knowledge of 3D layout and design. Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to work all plotters, printers and reproduction systems on company Ability to work under pressure Proficiency in writing and speaking English.
