ResponsibilitiesParticipate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineersLearn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into your daily development workflowAssist in translating product requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction between frontend and backendAct as a full stack "seed learner" within the team — absorb full stack practices, contribute ideas, and grow into an autonomously delivering full stack engineerObserve cross-team collaboration processes and proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflowsContribute to the product lifecycle — from design to deployment and iterationRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus Hands-on project experience (personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions all count)Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or GolangFamiliarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworksExperience building end-to-end projects — personal, academic, or internship projects all welcomeBasic understanding of database design and core backend conceptsFamiliarity with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI toolsSelf-driven and boundaryless — eager to learn, willing to go beyond assigned scopeProduct mindset — curious about the "why" behind what you buildStrong logical thinking and communication skills; passionate about learning new technologiesNice to HaveOpen-source contributions or notable GitHub projectsCross-platform development experience (iOS/Android/Web)Internship or work experience at startupsTrack record of proactively building internal tools or personal side projectsWhy Binance
