Position Summary:
Essential Functions:
The successful candidate will design comprehensive undergraduate modules bridging healthcare critical infrastructure, networking protocols, medical device interoperability, and cybersecurity countermeasures. This role requires a rare blend of medical technology expertise and cybersecurity knowledge to build rigorous lecture assets, case studies, and practical lab exercises.
Pre-Requisite Qualifications:
* M.S. in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related engineering field (Ph.D. strongly preferred).
• Deep technical understanding of both medical technology and core cybersecurity principles.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development or instructional design in an academia, industry, or government.
Compensation:
At the university's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be exempted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
