Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our Health Care team. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will lead behavioral intervention strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care that aligns with clinical best practices and organizational goals. This position is critical for assessing individual needs, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and supervising staff to foster a supportive and effective therapeutic environment. Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to specific client needs.
  • Provide direct supervision and mentorship to behavioral technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Conduct thorough data collection and analysis to evaluate the efficacy of interventions and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive documentation of all clinical activities and progress reports.
  • Facilitate clear and professional communication with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
  • Uphold a respectful and inclusive workplace culture that demonstrates cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
  • Ensure all practices meet regulatory requirements and professional ethical standards.


Requirements

Requirements
  • Must hold current Board Certification in Behavioral Analysis (BCBA) and LABA in MA.
  • Proven experience in supervising clinical teams and managing behavioral technicians.
  • Strong proficiency in data administration, quantitative analysis, and the interpretation of behavioral metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated cultural competency and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • High level of professionalism, including traits such as respectfulness, responsibility, and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Submit documentation on-time according to payer and company policies.
