This is a remote position.

The Opportunity:

At Pentoz, we are shaping the future of mobile innovation through platforms that empower speed and scale. As a BuildFire Developer, you’ll lead the development and customization of mobile applications using the BuildFire platform—creating elegant, functional apps for clients in staffing, hospitality, tech, media, and more.

You’ll have the freedom to use BuildFire’s plug-and-play features, extend functionality with custom plugins, and bring mobile-first strategies to life.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • App Building: Creating and managing mobile apps on the BuildFire platform using pre-built modules and UI tools.

  • Plugin Customization: Developing or modifying custom plugins using JavaScript, Node.js, HTML/CSS to meet unique business needs.

  • Client Collaboration: Gathering requirements, presenting prototypes, and delivering fully functional mobile apps within deadlines.

  • Performance Optimization: Ensuring fast load times, seamless navigation, and cross-platform compatibility (iOS & Android).

  • Publishing: Managing app store submissions, updates, and compliance using BuildFire’s publishing tools.

  • Maintenance & Support: Updating features, resolving bugs, and improving UX based on analytics and feedback.

This Role Is For You If:

  • You have 1–3 years of experience building apps on BuildFire or other no-code mobile platforms.

  • You know how to write or customize JavaScript-based plugins within BuildFire’s SDK.

  • You have a good design sense and can work with templates, layouts, and UX components.

  • You’re detail-oriented, fast-paced, and love seeing your apps go live quickly.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with BuildFire SDK, GitHub, and custom plugin APIs

  • Knowledge of Firebase, Push Notifications, or In-App Purchases

  • Built apps for eCommerce, booking, employee engagement, or content delivery

  • Familiarity with app analytics, A/B testing, or app marketing
