Ilko Kostadinov is looking for a new team member.
Your daily routine would include:
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Analyse existing processes and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise features, optimize and improve existing functionalities and processes.
- Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with development and QA teams during implementation.
- Guide stakeholders in shaping their requirements to fit standard ServiceNow (OOTB) solutions in accordance with the ITIL framework.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- 5+ years experience in a Business Analyst role supporting ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Excellent communications skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships and focus on customer needs.
- Excellent understanding of Mobile or Fix Telecom Technology like ( RAN, Mobile Core, Transport WDM,IP/MPLS,GPON,VDSL,MAN, etc.).
- Excellent or very good understanding of Planning and Assurance process.
- A good understanding of ITIL v3+.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules and functionality.
