Role: Business Analyst / Solution Analyst
What You’ll Do
- Drive end-to-end business analysis &
solutioning across retail programs - Convert business needs into clear, actionable
requirements (FRs & NFRs) - Partner with business, architecture, and
engineering teams to deliver solutions - Create user stories, process flows (UML/BPMN), and
data models - Own backlog grooming, prioritization, and Agile
ceremonies - Support testing, UAT, and production issue
resolution - Ensure traceability, impact analysis, and
value-driven delivery

Customer & Loyalty | Marketing
& Promotions | Finance & Billing | Supply Chain & Inventory | Store
Operations / POS
What You Bring
- Strong expertise in requirements lifecycle &
solution design - Experience with APIs, integrations, and system
interactions - Solid understanding of data/process modeling &
