Become an EXpert as a Business Development Representative (Remote)

We're looking for a Business Development Representative with a strong hunter mentality to help drive pipeline growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on strategic outreach, enjoys working with high-value targets, and wants to directly impact sales growth.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and engage decision-makers across multiple industries using creative outbound tactics.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and generate early-funnel sales opportunities.
  • Hit and exceed activity and meeting quotas across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Partner with sales leadership on messaging, outreach strategy, and territory targeting.
  • Research accounts to identify key stakeholders and tailor your outreach effectively.
  • Use Salesforce and sales enablement tools such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, insights, and learnings.


What You'll Bring

Must-Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or related outbound sales role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Availability to work 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Central Time (with a one-hour lunch break).

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Experience in the technology or HR industry.
  • Hands-on experience with sales engagement and intelligence platforms (Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • A proven track record of exceeding activity and meeting quotas.
