Are you a driven communicator with a passion for sales? InFocus Solutions is hiring a Sales BDC Representative to connect with shoppers who have already expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle from automotive and RV dealerships across the country. Your role is to guide them toward taking the next step — with confidence, energy, and a results-oriented mindset.

As a Sales BDC Representative, you will proactively engage with prospective vehicle buyers who have submitted inquiries online. Your goal is to qualify their interest, build rapport, and convert those conversations into showroom or virtual appointments for the dealership's sales team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact leads using various CRMs to support the dealership's online sales pipeline.
  • Manage scheduling software to book and adjust sales appointments.
  • Make outbound calls while consistently meeting company performance benchmarks.
  • Handle inbound calls efficiently, multitasking across different software systems.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment servicing multiple dealerships.
  • Stay adaptable to ever-changing client needs, promotions, and inventory updates.
  • Accept and implement feedback to continuously improve sales conversion performance.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of BDC or sales experience (strongly preferred)
  • Prior automotive or RV sales BDC experience
  • Experience with automotive or RV CRM systems
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales-related KPIs
  • Dual monitors and a quiet, interruption-free workspace
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple software tools
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
