TIS is entering the next phase of growth, expanding our footprint across enterprise and strategic  accounts globally.
As a Senior Business Development Representative, you are creating high-quality pipeline that  converts into revenue. You operate at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Data, working on  high-value accounts and complex buying groups.  This role is critical in helping TIS win its next 100 customers by turning intent into qualified  opportunities. 

Job requirements


Experience  
• 1-2 years in BDR / SDR roles in B2B SaaS or Fintech  
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and exceeding targets  
• Experience working on enterprise or complex deals  Skills  
• Strong discovery capabilities  
• Data-driven mindset (understanding conversion and pipeline) 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management  
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment  
• Fluency in German and English is required

Job responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture high-value prospects through strategic outbound campaigns  across target accounts Leverage AI for account research and execute tailored outreach strategies for complex  organisations   
  • Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across multi threaded buying groups
  • Qualify enterprise opportunities using structured frameworks to ensure clear business  impact.  
  • Create and deliver high-quality Sales Accepted Opportunities to support Account  Executives on complex deals, following the MEDDPICC methodology,   
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing to optimize pipeline generation and conversion   
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and outreach performance, sharing actionable  insights with the team   
  • Track and report on pipeline, conversion rates, and performance to drive continuous  improvement   
  • Support junior BDRs, sharing knowledge and implementing best practices across the team
