We are looking for our next Business Intelligence Developer (Microsoft):
- Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related;
- Proven experience in BI projects using Microsoft tools;
- Proficiency in Microsoft BI tools such as SQL Server, Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics;
- Proficiency in query languages such as SQL, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), MDX (Multidimensional Expressions), and M (Power Query Formula Language);
- Knowledge in data modeling and data warehouse design using solutions like SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and Power BI Desktop;
- Experience in data integration from various sources, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) using tools like Azure Data Factory and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS);
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts, including dimensions, facts, star data models, and snowflake schemas;
- Ability to understand and analyze business needs and translate them into effective BI solutions;
- Capability to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to end-users;
- Microsoft certifications related to BI, such as MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) in Business Intelligence (valued);
- Fluent in English.
