Job description

工作职责

1、主导制定新产品工艺可行性分析、项目计划编制、工艺方案设计，工装设备规划等,确保工艺设计的合理性、保证新车型的工艺路线和投资预算最优
2、主导执行项目落实、设备及产线技术要求编制、招标、工装和工艺设计方案审核与优化、图纸会签、安装调试跟进、工艺验证、精度提升、问题管理、设备验收、品质培育等,解决试制和量产中的工艺问题确保产线按照项目计划和阀点质量要求完成试制、进阶、量产、交付
3、主导编制新车型工艺文件，执行体系工作及编制工装、工艺、设备等标准规范,确保各阶段工艺文件及流程、标准规范符合质量体系要求
4、主导产品设计开发阶段同步工程工艺审核，提前识别和拦截不合理结构、工艺性差问题以及制造风险项，并提出合理性解决方案,确保研发车型可制造性、易制造性及低成本制造
5、主导编制生产工艺降本增效的合理化方案并实施，材料定额及标准工时和人力的评估，工艺验证数据提供,达到事业部降本增效的目标，确保验证和数据可靠和可追溯
6、主导工艺改进，机理研究推广新工艺、新材料的应用配合质量事故分析、处理品质相关技术支持工作,确保人力及物料成本最优化，确保产品质量稳定提升

任职要求

知识技能要求：熟悉机械设计、汽车制造、工业工程相关专业知识；对客车、卡车生产工艺流程有一定了解。熟悉AUTOCAD二维设计软件UG/CATIA/solidworks三维软件，熟练使用OFFICE办公软件。
学历要求：大专
外语要求：不限
专业要求：理工科/车辆工程/机械/材料/电器类优先
工作经验：大专学历2年以上相关工作经验，本科应届生不限
