Job description

工作职责

1.负责动力电池新工艺设备、技术的研究开
发，新产线的规划，相关课题研究，如激光、电子、材料、热学、仿真、异物、超声波仿生技术、储能电池等。
2.现行产线设备的机械自动化改进;
3.协调电气、软件、装配工程师保证项目的顺利进行;
4.现行产线设备的机械自动化改进，
5.负责带领设计团队，共同研发新的自动化设备及重要的技术攻关工作;
6、6负责在新设备、产品试制完成并量产后的持续改善，及操作规程、说明书的编制;负责设计规则、技术标准、相关专利的编制和支持工作等

任职要求

知识技能要求：1.具有机械设计、安装、调试的能力。2.熟悉气缸等相关电气元件的工作原理、及实际应用8.具备团队管理能力
学历要求：本科
外语要求：CET-4
专业要求：机械设计
工作经验：两年以上设计工作经验
