Job description

工作职责

1、负责生产线使用的工装夹具设计、制作和改善工作
2、根据职能部门设备维护保养制度进行设备维护保养
3、下属人员的个人能力提升及工作分配及日常工作进行监督与考核
4、设备故障识别与维修工作安排
5、参与CTS特性中与设备改善相关的分析改善并跟进改善效果

任职要求

知识技能要求：熟悉专业设计文件的审鉴能力及谈判技巧、熟悉机械相关知识，并能熟练运用办公软件，熟悉设备调运规程，具备良好的沟通和协调能力。
学历要求：大专
外语要求：不限
专业要求：机械、电气相关专业优先
工作经验：应届本科生/大专2年以上机械设计工作经验
