"职位描述
按照项目开发节奏，为软件模块持续补充和维护 C++ 单元测试用例与集成测试用例
根据需求和实现完善相关的设计文档、测试用例说明文档与测试报告
使用并维护现有的测试框架（如 Google Test / VCast 等），提升测试覆盖率与自动化水平
指导或协助团队成员实现 Google Test 生成 Allure 报告的流程
配合 CI/CD 流水线，持续集成测试代码，确保软件质量
编写和维护测试相关的脚本工具，提升测试效率与可视化能力
与开发、QA、DevOps 等团队协作，推动测试流程改进和工具集成

职位要求
掌握 C++，具备扎实的编程基础和调试能力
熟悉常用的构建和版本管理工具，如 CMake、Git
熟悉 CI/CD 流程，具备使用 Jenkins 进行持续集成的实际经验
熟练掌握 Google Test 框架，有一定的使用经验
熟悉 Allure 报告生成流程，能独立配置并接入测试框架
了解或使用过 VCast 等静态或动态测试工具者优先
良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够根据项目进度主动推进测试任务
具备撰写清晰、结构化技术文档的能力"
