KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service Superstars: Greet guests and team members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction is memorable. Maintain a sharp appearance by following uniform and grooming standards, and commit to reliable attendance to support smooth hotel operations.
- Guest Assistance Experts: Load and unload luggage, assist with check-ins and check-outs, escort guests to rooms, open and close cab doors, and deliver messages, packages, or flowers as needed.
- Local Resource Guides: Stay updated on area attractions, events, and transportation options, provide maps and directions, and keep the lobby reader board and entrance area clean and welcoming.
- Driving Professionals: Keep the van clean inside and out, transport guests on scheduled runs, and showcase hotel rooms and amenities when requested.
- Team Players: Support guest services by answering the console, helping with room changes, and jumping in for other duties as needed. Always follow company policies and safety standards to maintain a safe, efficient environment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred; hotel or related experience a plus.
- Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record required; at least one year of driving experience.
- Strong communication, quick decision-making, and ability to stay composed under pressure.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:
Located less than 5 minutes’ drive from Palm Beach International Airport, this hotel offers airport shuttle services. Features include and an outdoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi. A flat-screen cable TV and a seating area are found in the rooms at the Embassy Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach Central. Rooms are also equipped with a microwave and a small refrigerator. A fitness center is available to the guests of Embassy Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach Central. A business center and a hot tub are also on site. A cooked-to-order breakfast is available daily. The on-site restaurant, Atrium, serves American cuisine for lunch and dinner. West Palm Beach city center is less than 10 minutes’ drive from the hotel.
