We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, excellent management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety

- Develop and update menu offerings, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative dishes

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating

- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations and sanitation standards

- Control food costs, manage inventory, and optimize resource utilization

- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment

- Collaborate with management on budgeting, staffing, and operational improvements

- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining consistency and quality in all dishes served


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hospitality setting

- Strong culinary skills with a creative and innovative approach to menu development

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities

- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation regulations

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
