Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (2 hours per day)
Location: Boots, High Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, England B17 9NR
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning teams across both sites.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company and client standards.
- Carry out regular quality inspections and audits.
- Monitor attendance and timekeeping of cleaning staff.
- Provide training and coaching to team members where required.
- Manage stock levels and order cleaning supplies.
- Complete required paperwork and compliance records.
- Report maintenance issues and health & safety concerns.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and cleaning team.
- Cover cleaning duties when required.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Good attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Basic IT skills for completing audits and reports.
- Reliable and flexible approach to work.
