The Opportunity

As a Client Relationship Executive – Financial Crimes Managed Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities within our Internal Firm Services. You will utilize market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients and expand the firm's market presence. As a Director, you will translate the vision, set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in shaping the direction of client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to uphold PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success.

In this role at PwC, you will lead strategic business growth efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects. You will develop new ideas, solutions, and structures, driving thought leadership and promoting technological advances. By identifying gaps in the market, you will convert opportunities into success for the firm, creating an environment where people and technology thrive together. Your ability to balance long-term and short-term thinking will be key in driving change and addressing system-level enablers.

Responsibilities

- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conducting market research and analyzing local market trends to inform business development strategies
- Utilizing CRM software and digital marketing tools to optimize client engagement and acquisition efforts
- Leading client prospecting and proposal coordination to expand the Firm's client base
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and drive thought leadership
- Managing contract negotiations and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Coaching and mentoring team members to cultivate potential and foster a collaborative work environment
- Promoting technological advances to create an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Identifying gaps in the market and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the Firm

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
