Client Service Representative Opportunity!

We are seeking an experienced and caring Client Service Representative to join our specialized team! VCA Veterinary Specialists of Northern Colorado (VSNC) is an AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital providing specialty veterinary care in Loveland, Colorado for over twenty years.

At VSNC, we recognize the vital role that the Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for within our team. The CSR is most often the first touch-point that VSNC has with a client looking for care for their beloved family member and therefore the CSR is involved in the first part of providing the best care possible that VSNC strives to deliver.

Our CSR team provides the following services:
• Answering the telephones to assist clients with scheduling, prescription refills, and processing payments.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
•Assisting clients with the various payment options available (cash, check, credit card, care credit, scratch pay,) and facilitating processing of pet insurance when applicable.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that the facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.

• Assisting with accounts receivable and outstanding invoices for services rendered

VCA VSNC is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and want to be a place where a diverse mix of talented people want to come, stay and do their best work. We also firmly believe in supporting our associates/team members in the maintenance of a healthy work-life balance. As a part of the VCA family, full time employees qualify for significant benefits: health insurance, 401K contributions, mental health support, pet care discounts, sick leave, vacation, and short and long term disability.

The pay range for this position is $14 to $17 based on experience. This position will require weekend hours.
