VCA Aurora Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team.

We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets. This is a full-time position. Schedule includes all shifts including weekends, and holidays.

VCA Aurora is a busy, 24/7/365 specialty, emergency, and general practice animal hospital located on the far west side of Aurora.

Why We Need You
As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:
• Customer service functions, including: checking clients in and out and answering telephones.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Heavy call volume and client contact.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Assisting clients with emergencies and euthanasias.
• Answering questions regarding our specialty and emergency services.
• Managing medical records.
• Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
