Job Description:Handle transactions and answer customer queries; decipher customer needs and offer the best solution based on company policies; effectively communicate ideas, suggestions and answers; refer customers to people who specialize with the type of problem or query they present; offer upgrades and new banking services or products
Qualification and competence
Qualifications:
HND/ B.Sc in any discipline
Prior experience in similar role in a. financial institution or a service driven environment
