Job description

2016-05-23: I need someone to develop a basic cloud based database to manage our property income and accountant. currently we doing this task using a shared excel file in Google drive. but we want something bit professionals  
- It should have two different admin and user (read only) access
- List of tenant (including pay due and paid )
- culculate income and expenses
- Report
- it has only 14 users (no public access internal use only)
