Work You'll Do/Responsibilities

 

  • Create, build, and implement applications using languages like Python or Java based on modern cloud design patterns and cloud software development that utilizes cloud computing and services in public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Leverage cloud-native services to drive innovation and increase speed to market in the software development life cycle.
  • Maintain application DevOps processes and deployment pipelines to implement and support application and feature releases.
  • Consistently strive to acquire new Cloud, DevOps, Big Data, AI, and ML technologies skills.
  • Make high-level design choices for the software structure, frameworks, protocols, and algorithms.
  • Ensure SDLC best practices and standards are followed.

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
  • Certifications in one or more leading cloud providers.
  • 3+ years of architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of cloud technologies and platforms.
  • Experience in building products/solutions/assets using cloud-based platforms. The ability to build applications using cloud-native services/technologies is a must.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and infrastructure (Networking, Compute, Storage, and Serverless services).
  • Experience with cloud build and deployment tools.
  • Experience working with cloud database services.
  • Excellent communication and analytics skills.

 

Desired Qualifications

 

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
