Role Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Team Lead to lead and mentor a team responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable cloud infrastructure and automation solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Cloud DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python scripting to drive operational excellence, platform reliability, and continuous improvement across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support the Cloud DevOps team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
  • Design, deploy, and support secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Drive infrastructure automation and operational efficiency through Python scripting and automation frameworks.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
  • Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable application delivery.
  • Guide the team in adopting DevOps best practices for cloud infrastructure management and automation.
  • Develop and maintain automation workflows for provisioning, configuration management, and operational support.
  • Support containerized application deployments using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes, platform stability, and service reliability.
  • Ensure cloud platforms and delivery pipelines adhere to security, governance, and operational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, scalability, and system performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud services such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps and Infrastructure.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Extensive experience with CI/CD pipeline architecture and DevOps tooling, particularly Jenkins.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and configuration management practices.
  • Experience with containerization and cloud-native deployment methodologies.
  • Practical exposure to leveraging AI/ML techniques for enhancing CI/CD processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in large-scale or enterprise cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and secure pipeline design.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical workloads.
