As our new Cloud Automation Engineer, you will work closely with our clients to develop a secure, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure. With your solution-oriented mindset, you will collaborate with DevOps and IT Security teams to ensure reliability and security across platforms. You will deliver solutions in an agile environment with a focus on automation, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Azure cloud automation engineering, utilizing Azure DevOps and Python
- Manage and develop Infrastructure as Code by utilizing your coding skills
- Gather requirements and provide continuous feedback loops between IT Security and DevOps teams
- Automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines and workflows to improve reliability and scalability
- Document your work and ensure technical documentation is always up to date
What we need to see from you
- Experience from a large, complex multinational environment (Financial Services preferred)
- In depth experience with Microsoft Azure and CI/CD tooling such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Jenkins
- Demonstrated programming skills in Python, and scripting with Bash and/or Powershell
- Proficient in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) on Azure
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience working with Linux environments (RHEL preferred) and Windows based environments
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles and tools
