We are looking for a Senior, customer-facing role focused on leading Azure DevOps Server (on-prem) environments and driving end-to-end DevOps transformation across hybrid setups (on-prem + cloud). You’ll work with enterprise and public sector clients, including high security/regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure DevOps Server/TFS environments
- Own CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git/TFVC), and release infrastructure
- Lead migrations and upgrades (TFS → Azure DevOps Server / Cloud)
- Act as technical authority across Azure DevOps & GitHub platforms
- Implement DevOps automation, IaC, and DevSecOps practices
- Engage directly with customers: workshops, troubleshooting, advisory
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and disaster recovery
- Support hybrid integration with enterprise IT systems
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Server (on-prem) / TFS
- Expertise in CI/CD, Git, and pipeline automation
- Experience with Azure DevOps Services & GitHub (Enterprise)
- Scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python) and YAML pipelines
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking
- Experience working in secure, regulated environments
Nice to Have:
- Azure infrastructure, Kubernetes/containers (AKS)
- Terraform/Bicep/ARM (IaC)
- Monitoring, API integrations, Power Platform ALM
