חברת Commit מחפשת מנהל/ת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים להצטרפות לצוות המוביל שלנו.

התפקיד כולל הובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגים מורכבים בתחום הבטחוני מול לקוחות ברמה בינלאומית.

ניהול מלא של מחזור חיי הפרויקט, עבודה מול לקוחות וגורמים טכנולוגיים בארץ ובחו"ל, ניהול תוכניות עבודה.

בנוסף, מעקב אחר אבני דרך, ניהול סיכונים והובלת צוותים מקצועיים להשגת יעדי הפרויקט.

הזדמנות להשתלב בפרויקט טכנולוגי משמעותי, בתפקיד בעל השפעה רחבה בסביבה ביטחונית, דינאמית ומאתגרת.


Requirements

דרישות התפקיד:

  • ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגיים
  • ניסיון מוכח בניהול פרויקטים מול לקוחות
  • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד (דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה)
  • יכולת הובלת תהליכים מורכבים מול מספר ממשקים במקביל
  • הבנה טכנולוגית רחבה ויכולת עבודה מול צוותים הנדסיים
  • ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים בינלאומיים מול לקוחות בחו"ל
  • רקע בתחומי סייבר, מודיעין, תקשורת או מערכות תוכנה מורכבות
  • הסמכת PMP או הסמכות ניהול פרויקטים אחרות
  • ניסיון בסביבה ביטחונית או בפרויקטים מסווגים- יתרון משמעותי
  • יכולות הובלה והנעת עובדים וממשקים
  • יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ וניהול מספר משימות במקביל
  • ייצוגיות ויכולת עבודה מול דרגים בכירים ולקוחות בינלאומיים
  • נכונות לביצוע סיווג בטחוני
