A full-time Community Impact Program Manager position in Oklahoma City, OK. Predominantly field role with 75% of time spent to attend events and meet with community partners. Competitive annual salary target of $125,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including:

📌 The Role

The Community Impact Program Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and advancing the organization’s community engagement and corporate giving initiatives in alignment with company values, culture, and strategic objectives. This role serves as a key ambassador for the organization by building meaningful relationships with nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, industry groups, and community partners throughout Oklahoma and other operating territories. They lead efforts to strengthen the company’s presence and reputation in the community through volunteerism, sponsorships, outreach programs, charitable partnerships, employee engagement initiatives, and community-focused events. This role also partners closely with Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Business Development, and executive leadership to ensure initiatives align with organizational goals, employer brand, and company culture.

  • Develop and deploy the community impact strategy

  • Identify and recommend strategic community partnerships



 



 



👤 Who We’re Looking For



We’re looking for a creative and confident relationship-builder who can make a measurable impact, represent the organization professionally, and build credibility quickly. This self-starter should thrive in a collaborative environment, work cross-functionally with little direction, hit the ground running, and balance strategy, coordination, and execution across multiple initiatives.



Required




  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Nonprofit Management, or a related field

  • 3–5 years’ experience in community relations, corporate communications, nonprofit partnerships, public relations, employee engagement, marketing, business development, or a related field

  • Experience coordinating events, partnerships, or outreach

  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, motor vehicle insurance, and ability to use personal vehicle for work-related responsibilities



Preferred




  • Insurance or financial services experience

  • Experience managing volunteer programs, sponsorships, or charitable giving

  • Experience with public speaking, community presentations, or corporate outreach

  • Cross-functional experience with executive leadership and multiple business areas
