Component Validation Engineer

The role of Component Validation Engineer will be based in our location in Lublin, Poland 


Responsibilities 

  • Lead and coordinate calibration and validation activities across projects
  • Manage team resources: budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX), capacity planning, and allocation
  • Recruit, develop, and evaluate team members, including defining training plans
  • Ensure timely delivery and high quality of team outputs
  • Define, implement, and improve tools, methods, and validation processes
  • Monitor project progress using KPIs and provide regular reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes (e.g., 9311, 9320) and industry standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262)
  • Act as the main point of accountability toward internal and external customers (including OEMs)
  • Drive continuous improvement and define technology roadmaps for validation and calibration
  • Oversee laboratory resource planning and coordination


Profile 

  • ~5 years of experience in calibration, validation, or testing within mechatronic systems 
  • Strong expertise in mechatronics, system analysis, and validation
  • Solid background in electronics testing and calibration methodologies
  • Knowledge in software (MATLAB Simulink)
  • Analytical thinking with strong synthesis ability
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach
  • Result-driven and customer-focused
