Are you someone who can:

• Increase operational efficiency and suggest solutions to enhance cost effectiveness. 
• Ensure client retention and satisfaction by delivering a service that is consistent, seamless and error free. 
• Proactively deal with client queries within the agreed turn-around times to resolve Computer Intelligence queries by monitoring alerts and follow / up exceptions with relevant support areas and do performance continuous health checks.
• Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements. 
• Minimize system downtime through pro-active monitoring and planning and ensuring minimization of recurring incidents. 
• Monitor all online services/system via available monitoring and address any anomalies to prevent downtime.
• Perform Mainframe shutdowns and IPLs. 

You will be an ideal candidate if you: 

• Have a relevant certificate or diploma  
• Have 2 years experience in Core banking systems will be an advantage with 1-3 years experience as a Computor Operator
