Are you someone who can:
- Increase operational efficiency and suggest solutions to enhance cost effectiveness.
- Ensure client retention and satisfaction by delivering a service that is consistent, seamless and error free.
- Proactively deal with client queries within the agreed turn-around times to resolve Computer Intelligence queries by monitoring alerts and follow / up exceptions with relevant support areas and do performance continuous health checks.
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
- Minimize system downtime through pro-active monitoring and planning and ensuring minimization of recurring incidents.
- Monitor all online services/system via available monitoring and address any anomalies to prevent downtime.
- Perform Mainframe shutdowns and IPLs.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Have a relevant certificate or diploma
- Have 2 years experience in Core banking systems will be an advantage with 1-3 years experience as a Computor Operator
