Our technicians are trained experts in cellular & laptop repair and have extensive experience in all aspects of repair and data recovery. We don't just replace your broken device we repair it. We operate multiple scoped rework bays and have the ability to perform repair work all the way down to the surface mounted component level.

A friendly technically savvy person who enjoys helping our customers with their electronics. Knowledge and passion for all things tech. Someone that is afraid of hard work, is willing to constantly learn new repair skills, and has the ability to fine tune the repair skills they already have.
What Will You Do…
Serve customers and deliver exceptional service throughout the repair process using our point of sale system, engaging in technical consultations, and giving clear repair solutions and pricing estimates;
Identifying the customers needs and providing specific recommendations for repairs, accessories, and additional services from the initial contact to the last contact.
Diagnosing and performing repairs on various electronics (i.e computers, tablets, smartphones, game consoles, etc.) that meet or exceed Cellular & Laptop Repair Centers service standards;
Updating and educating customers on the repairs processes and repair statuses.

Must Have:
Computer build & repair experience required;
Proven communication and customer service skills;

High school graduate or equivalent.

Minimum Technical Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years Apple computer repair and software usage experience required
Advanced MacOS operation
Advanced iOS operation
Advanced iMac, Macbook Pro, Mac Mini repair experience
