We are seeking a Configuration Developer with experience in XML and the FireLight platform to configure and maintain business rules within a SaaS environment. The successful candidate will support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
In this role, you will:
Configure and maintain business rules within the FireLight platform.
Develop and troubleshoot XML-based configurations.
Configure Role Codes, Review Queues, Needs Determination, and mapping documents.
Participate in requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot configuration issues and resolve tickets using Jira.
Perform unit and integration testing to ensure quality and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
Job requirements
1–3 years of experience in a configuration or technical support role.
Strong XML development and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with FireLight is required.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with Jira, Notepad++, and Adobe Acrobat is an asset.
Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team.
