This is a remote position.

Construct 3 Developer: Create Impact Through Interactive Design

Join Pentoz as a Construct 3 Developer, building high-impact games, simulations, and no-code tools for education, training, and engagement. You’ll help shape fast, responsive, and scalable experiences deployed across platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop 2D applications and games using Construct 3

  • Export and optimize for mobile (Android/iOS), web, and desktop platforms

  • Create dynamic interactions using event-based logic

  • Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and content teams

  • Integrate assets, animations, and audio for polished outcomes


Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of experience with Construct 3

  • Strong portfolio of interactive or game-based projects

  • Proficient in logic design, animations, and responsive layouts

  • Familiar with performance tuning and cross-platform deployment

  • Bonus: Knowledge of JavaScript or third-party plugin use
