This role offers the opportunity to contribute to project execution and coordination while supporting quality, compliance, and timely resolution of field conditions within a leading engineering firm.

What You Will Do
  • Perform site observations of construction and existing conditions as directed by the Engineer of Record, and prepare clear, accurate reports
  • Support the development and implementation of solutions to address construction issues and deficiencies, and track corrective actions to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with contractor–engineer coordination, including dispute resolution and evaluation of change order requests
  • Review shop drawings and support QA/QC efforts for design documents and specifications
  • Travel to project sites and work in both remote and on-site environments to support field coordination
  • Collaborate with project teams and operate effectively within active construction settings
What You Bring
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required with a minimum of five (5) years of construction-related experience; SE license preferred
  • Experience performing site observations and developing solutions for construction errors and deficiencies
  • Experience with structural systems, including structural steel and cast-in-place concrete
  • Knowledge of various foundation systems
  • Understanding of seismic design and detailing requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience resolving issues between engineers and contractors
  • Strong technical report writing skills
