Tasks
As a client representative or project manager, you will be responsible for project management of new builds, renovations and maintenance measures for company-owned properties. Your responsibilities will also include the following:
- Project management skills: management and technical support from planning to handover, including technical feasibility and implementation, construction site, budget and schedule controlling and management in all project phases
- Coordination of internal and external planners and contractors, including ensuring quality standards (quality assurance), representing the STRABAG Group before authorities
- Openness to the topics of sustainability and digitalisation and representing their implementation
- Monitoring and coordination of maintenance and repair measures
- Internal contact person for furnishing matters (office furnishings)
