Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • One or more of the following certifications: Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP), Qualified Commissioning Process Provider (QCxP), Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA), Project Management Institute Construction Professional (PMI-CP).
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Metrics Dashboards, Data Visualization and Google Workspace Apps.
  • Experience with construction management (CM) tools such as Latista, Procore, and Autodesk.
  • Knowledge of data center structural, electrical, mechanical and controls equipment.
  • Knowledge of operational metrics reporting (e.g., availability, reliability, time to market, productivity, safety, security, quality, cost management, performance, energy use, water use and predictability).

You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $163000 - $237000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Establish programs that promote standards and build a shared commitment to quality among all project stakeholders.
  • Lead efficiency and productivity initiatives using process mapping, root cause analysis, and proactive risk mitigation to resolve potential issues.
  • Manage third-party commissioning agents, general contractors, or Quality Commissioning (QCx) programs within a data center environment.
  • Implement processes to prevent defects in owner-furnished products and improve the mean time to resolve existing issues.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously monitor, analyze, and enhance quality assurance program performance.
