  • Oversee projects from planning through final turnover
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Build strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Drive decision-making and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field teams
  • Manage large project teams across multiple buildings and active job sites
  • Create accountability, communication, and alignment across all stakeholders
  • Support staffing, planning, and development of project team members

Operational Management

  • Oversee master schedules and milestone planning across multiple projects
  • Coordinate manpower, subcontractor sequencing, and procurement timelines
  • Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects moving
  • Ensure strong communication between office and field operations

Financial Management

  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, buyout, billing, cash flow, and cost controls
  • Lead change order management and contract administration
  • Review financial performance and projections with leadership
  • Protect project profitability while maintaining client satisfaction

Quality & Safety

  • Maintain Pike’s commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and company standards
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, closeout documentation, and turnover
  • Support issue resolution during warranty periods when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience
  • Strong experience in commercial building, mixed-use, residential, multifamily construction
  • Proven success managing multiple buildings or concurrent project phases
  • Experience leading large field teams and cross-functional project staff
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and project financials
  • Experience with project scheduling and construction management software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)

The Right Candidate Will Bring

  • A strong leadership presence
  • The ability to manage complexity and competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work the right way
